Important Information

  • Inclusions: Rental price is per car and includes fuel, driver services, and a carrier for luggage.

  • Capacity: Sedan – 4 persons, SUV – 6, Tempo Traveler – 12, Mini Coach – 14, Large Coach – 27/41.

  • Exclusions: Toll tax, parking, monument fees, personal expenses (laundry, calls, alcoholic beverages), and camera fees are extra.

Terms & Conditions

  • GST & Charges: 12% GST and toll/parking charges are to be paid by the customer.

  • Minimum Rental Duration:

    • Chardham – 10 days

    • Kedarnath-Badrinath – 6 days

    • Gangotri-Yamunotri – 5 days

    • Gangotri-Kedarnath-Badrinath – 7 days

    • Ex-Delhi Services- Additional 2 days charge.

  • Vehicle Restrictions:

    • AC will not function in hilly areas.

    • Driving is not permitted after sunset for safety reasons.

  • Sightseeing: Chardham route sightseeing is included. Extra charges apply for additional sites like Lakhamandal, Triyuginarayan, Kalimath & Auli (payable directly to the driver).

  • Vehicle Check & Responsibility:

    • ​Inspect the taxi before departure and at the end of the tour. We are not responsible for lost/damaged belongings.

    • Customers must be prepared for any technical faults in the vehicle during the journey.

  • Pricing & Seasonal Changes:

    • ​Rates are subject to change in May & June without prior notice.

    • Confirm all details before booking.
